We are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join our team in Luton.

In order to be considered for the role, you will:
  • Have a good level of experience in an administrative role
  • Be an excellent communicator, both on the phone and face to face
  • Have exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • Possess excellent organisational skills, managing your workload and time efficiently
  • Have a full driving license and have access to own transport, due to the nature of the role
You’ll be providing administrative support to the Lettings Team, so knowledge of the property industry would be an advantage however, relevant training and qualifications will be provided, for the successful candidate.
 
What your role will include:
  • Assisting the property manager in processing their residential lettings portfolio
  • Ensuring that all documentation is completed before the beginning of the tenancy
  • Reporting to landlords regarding their properties/tenancies and dealing with any issues
  • Creating and managing all work orders and costs
  • Booking in and carrying out property inspections
  • Processing rent payments and chasing late rent payments by phone and in writing
  • Carrying out ad-hoc duties as required
Salary, Benefits and Working Hours:

£18,000 per annum + 24 days’ holiday + all bank holidays
 
Working Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm with a 30 minute lunch (some Saturdays may be required to work to cover annual leave).
