Details of our letting agent service:

FINDING THE RIGHT TENANTS. This is crucial to ensure that your rent is paid and your property is protected. We understand the need for all landlords to have this.

PEACE OF MIND. All tenant we find have to be employed or self-employed for over a year and earn at least two and half times the rent and have a good credit history. We have a stringent screening process to make sure that prospective tenants are reliable and trustworthy.

TENANTS MOVING IN. We make sure the property is ready for the tenants to move in. We will draw up the tenancy agreement, inventory condition report, protect the deposit, notify all the utility companies of the new tenants moving and make sure your property complies with all legal aspects required.

PAYING LANDLORDS. We will pay the rent received from tenants promptly to your bank account. If there are any concerns over late payments, we will advise you in advance.

GUARANTEED RENT. We can guarantee your rent. While we take every precaution to rent to only reliable tenants, their circumstances can sometimes change outside their control. When this happens, it’s natural to be sympathetic, but also important to ensure our landlord still receives the rental income to cover their mortgage or outgoings. Our Rent Guarantee can help to assure this income and cover legal costs.
