What do you enjoy about your job?Every day is a new challenge, meeting lots of new people, learning all the time and helping our clients with their property dreams!
What are your personal interests outside of work? I enjoy socialising with friends, sports such as football and cricket, and travelling when possible!

What do you enjoy about your job? I enjoy keeping track of the accounts and working as part of a team, to ensure the company runs smoothly.
What are your personal interests outside of work? Outside of work I enjoy helping teach Ballet, eating out and watching films.

What do you like about P&R?I like the fact that we are a focused and determined team, who are willing to help as best we can, and no challenge is too large for us to overcome.
What do you enjoy about your job?Since I have started at P&R, every single day has been different and new challenges occur. I love meeting new faces on a daily basis and helping those people.
What are your personal interests outside of work? I enjoy a mixture of things whether that be social meet up with family and friends or going to the gym and practicing martial arts. I especially love getting out in nature and going for long walks with my dog.

As a property manager I deal with the day-to-day management of all our rented properties. From arranging property inspections, maintenance and liaising with landlord and tenants.
What do you like about P&R?It’s our friendly team of property professionals, who are more than happy to support each other to make sure we are providing the best service to our customers.
What do you enjoy about your job?I love the variety that the job gives, where no day is the same. I learn something new every week and get to speak to a variety of people.
What are your personal interests outside of work?Outside of work, I like to spend time with friends and family. I love to travel and watch a variety of sports.

What do you like about P&R?I love our friendly office environment. A team that works well together and most importantly a team that goes above & beyond to ensure our clients’ needs are met.
What do you enjoy about your job?Solving problems that arise from our very busy property management department. And I love the different personalities of the staff which help create a great working environment.
What are your personal interests outside of work?I attend the gym frequently which is
a priority for me. A great way to de-stress while keeping in good health!

The business was founded by the Peirson family in the 1970s and initially focused on renting and managing lock-up garages. It swiftly moved into the property rental market, building a reputation for looking after both tenants and protecting the investment interests of landlords.
In 2009, Mark Bowles joined the company to run and develop the sales side of the business. Several years later, he bought P&R Property – and hasn’t looked back.
I am a third generation Lutonian. I love the diversity of the town. It has great potential and exciting times ahead, with the massive development planned on the old Vauxhall site and the expansion of the airport. It’s also finally getting a new football stadium.
